Sorry Juha, we had to come up with something coherent for multiple
interfaces as well.
I think juha's "default media interface to first non-loopback
independently of signaling interface" makes only sense if no
additional interfaces are defined.
but then there is also many cases where it doesn't make much sense,
for example if you have three interfaces:
lo
eth0
eth1
and you configure sip_ip=eth1 - why should media_ip then default to eth0?
So, even if it's a change in default behaviour (which I guess should
be documented in some notes about upgrading) and one more config line,
the currently impemented way is in my opinion more straightforward.
