Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković visited Sarajevo on Monday, where he
gave his support to a united Bosnia-Herzegovina, with the message that "Bosnia
and Herzegovina has no greater friend than Croatia".

After Plenković's visit, Čović commented on whether the moves of the Republika
Srpska lead to separation.

As for the decisions of the RS National Assembly, the conclusions that should
define some relations, the basis for our actions is the Constitution and
Dayton. Constitutional patriotism must prevail. There will be no division, but
we must seek solutions to many open issues. The people emphasized the issue of
the army in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and even today you could hear the statements of
RS officials to seek rationality in the organization of the army, talk about
it, with the conclusion that they will make another move", Covic told Croatian
RTL.

Asked whether Prime Minister Plenković was right when he said that Dodik's
moves are designed to fit the forthcoming election year, Covic said that Dodik
was not bluffing and added that he was an extremely serious politician who
emphasized the problems of BiH that should be solved through talks.

"The conclusions forced us to sit together and decide, so that we would not end
up in a situation where we would analyze relations in Bosnia-Herzegovina in a
different way in six months," Covic said, as reported by "Nezavisne".
