I think the fuel pressure sounds like the culprit, check the pressure with a 
guage and see what happens.  Does it want to give out at long hill climbs and 
the thing wants to choke out?  Also, the idle will drop and stall at stops.  
This could be the problem.  Check the alternator to be sure its running at 12 
volts.  Make sure the grounds are good on the ECU connection and engine 
grounds are good.  If the check engine light comes on, check the codes for 
EGR and check the control valve for the EGR that has the 2 vacume lines 
running from it, check the ohms of the harness end. 2 points, check that.
