SML: Tire size

I'm upgrading my rim and tires.  For the tire i have decided on Yokohama 
Paradas sized 205/40/17 all around.  I need to know for certain if these will 
fit with 17x7 inch rims on a 95 200sx the car is stock in height and 
suspension.  If anyone has the answer please tell me. I dont need to find out 
they dont fit after paying for them and mounting them on the wheels.  Thanx
