Just pulling this out of my bum here (since I don't have a B!3), but
maybe it's warning you that your seatbelt isn't fastened? Try fastening
the seatbelt before you turn on the car, then turn it on. If that works,
then you know. If not, wearing your seltbelt is a good idea anyways :-)
