It is more like this:

Energy suspension option: 

You buy the inserts, jack your car up, insert them into the old housing
(with original rubber inside). Lower the car down, and you are
ready to go. Cost: $70 for the set of four approximately.

Polyurethane option:

You buy a can for about $20, and, if you don't have the OEM mounts
somewhere in your garage, you will have to see your car on jackstands for
3-4 days because you will have to wait until polyurethane hardens. But if
you lucky enough to have extra mounts in your garage, this is a very
economical way to go.
