Your right, but I bet he might be able to go to his Nissan dealer where he
bought the car and get it repaired under what I've heard called "good faith,"
its just an idea and at the most all they could tell him is no. Then he could
always go to Nissan. Co it's self and I'm guessing with that low amount of
miles showing they would repair it for free.
