I had to do this on the old 96ER! Actually it was a bitch until I realized
that you could remove the housing by taking off the clamp on the hose. Not
the clamp that is right near the housing, but rather the one that is behind
the oil filter. I had to change the oil anyways, so the filter was off when
I saw the second clamp! This made it much easier! How about trying to get
the Housing back in there without getting the RTV everywhere? Wasn't that
fun? ANyways, glad I'm not the only one! BTW I did think that bleeding the
coolant was much easier than doing the same process on a FORD.
