They can (B14) be aligned, but it takes equipment that the normal alignment 
shops does not usually have, if your really want to spend the extra money for 
this you'll have to find a shop that does fame work. When I take my 97 in for 
an alignment and its showing right on the border line for the rear I've spent 
the extra money to have it done once, but for the most part unless your 
really super picky it doesn't make much difference as long as the rear is 
with in stock specks of what it can be out of alignment. My 97 never been in 
a wreck, I've just gone down some crappie roads that have caused it to get 
out of alignment at the rear.
