The capacity is 3.4qt with filter. I usually use 3.5 to even-out the bottles.
Tips:
Remember to dump some oil into the new filter (it takes a while for the
pump to fill it and you will not be oiling the engine during this time) and
rub some on the gasket before installing it (no leaks).
