SML: HEAT no work

this is in reference to my girls car. sorry its not a sentra. its a nova, im 
trying to help her, anyway. her heat doesnt go on at all. i tried moving the 
switch positions and all i hear is a click and no heat or defrogger, the 
switch style is exactly like a b13. any help we would appreciate. thanks tony
