my girlfriend's '92 B13 SE just got back from the mechanics, and here's what
they had to say about problems for it. my question is, are any of these real
serious? labor is expensive, and is quoted from this one place in
sacramento. i love nissan, but i'm not "enjoying the ride" until these
things are taken care of.
#1. Transmission shift shaft seal leak
labor:$60, part:$10
#2. Reseal oil pan gasket (leak)
labor:$143!, part: $20
#3. Left and right outer axle boots cracked (not leaking)
labor: $200!, parts: $52
any advice or suggestions greatly appreciated!
application: stock 1992 Sentra SE, manual trans.
