The heads will stay identical in nature, plenums from the old GA will bolt
right onto it. The EGR stuff mounts to the plenum, so it should be ok, maybe
the water temp sensor or something may be different, but I would guess that
Nissan did not change the head much except for what Mike K talked about, the
bigger valves and bigger ports.
