That is great idea. Let me throw out some thoughts. I once wrote this into a 
grant, but it was not funded. I will send you the straw man 'report cards' I 
made.  I gave them another name.

It would be great if you or someone could provide an example report card or 
what they believe should go in the report card.

The big challenge is how do you get the data? How much is autogernated via EMR 
analytics. How much is collected by manual review.

And how is it linked to doctors?  It would seem that there are more than one 
doctor responsible for the data and it would also seem that nurse are as much 
or even more involved then the MD's.

Anyway, I am really interested in discussing this offline. I am working on 
resubmitting my rejected grant.
