I would also like a copy of the report card, if possible.

Presenting data formatted in meaningful ways to drive improvement is
vital.

I would love to obtain a copy of the "report cards" as well. As of now,
I go to all of the physician meetings and discuss which outliers are
made by which physicians

Melissa,

That is great idea. Let me throw out some thoughts. I once wrote this
into a grant, but it was not funded. I will send you the straw man
'report cards' I made. I gave them another name.

It would be great if you or someone could provide an example report card
or what they believe should go in the report card.

The big challenge is how do you get the data? How much is autogernated
via EMR analytics. How much is collected by manual review.

And how is it linked to doctors? It would seem that there are more than
one doctor responsible for the data and it would also seem that nurse
are as much or even more involved then the MD's.

Anyway, I am really interested in discussing this offline. I am working
on resubmitting my rejected grant.

Please contact me directly in interest.

Subject: [Sepsis Groups] Physician Report Card

Hello Everyone

We are going to start sharing our compliance data with a small group of
physicians as a monthly "report card". Does anyone have any examples or
advice they can share?

Thank you for your help and time
