Hi Carol -

Since we started data collection last September, the database has not
successfully written our Anonymized Data Excel files, and consequently the SSC
has not recieved our data. The database is writing Indentified files so we
have our data for in house use.

I have spent many hours with Lori Bolsinger at SSC and our in-house IT team
trying to fix the issue. She also told us a few weeks that they are having the
database engineers look into the problem.

I would really like to know if anyone else is having this issue, as we were
told by SSC that we were "the only ones" unable to get the Anonymized Data
files to write.

Is anyone having trouble with the fuction of SSC database? WE are not able to
anonymize data and the problem has gone back to the builders of the database.
