Still thinking about the other stuff, but I don't think we want to overload
the Mail object with a folder path.

A Mail object is something we process, it should not have any knowledge of
if, how or where it is stored. Nor should we assume a single destination.
Sieve doesn't, the spec. allows filing a Mail into 0 or more folders.
