* Fixed RootInputStream. Now it behaves consistently with the rest
o.a.j.mime4j.io classes
* MimeUtil#getHeaderParams basically strips all CR LF and therefore is not
affected
* QuotedPrintableInputStream needs a major rewrite due to one byte read issue.
I suggest fixing line delimiter problem in that class at the same time.
If I hear no objections, I'll create a new issue for QuotedPrintableInputStream
and close this one as WONTFIX.
