+1 for RootInputStream and MimeUtil#getHeaderParams..
Regarding QuotedPrintableInputStream: Of course I do not object, but I'm not
sure if it would be worth the effort.
Base64 encoded bodies can be quite large but I think quoted-printable is
usually used for relatively small text bodies.
