not really

the 2.x code base is now mature with active development continuing on
the more advanced 3.0 codebase (eg

if the community wants a release of the server code base (whether 2.x
or 3.x) then people need to step up and start contributing towards
that goal

as far as a 2.3.2 goes, shipping this shouldn't be a lot of work but
the active developers now use 3.x so help would be required from the
2.x community. any volunteers to help ship a 2.3.2?
