We have a source distribution required by ASF. We don't have a binary distribution, but we do have the binary artifacts signed and released in the maven repo. We can provide links to those. I'm guessing it's ok. Is this [1] ok? We could provide a link just for [2] (when it will be released of course). I think it's enough.
