I've quickly read through the documents, especially the FAQ [1] . There is a notice that the rules have changed in 2010 and the page [2] is not up to date. The requirement to notify users is an Apache requirement and I think we satisfy that whit the current notice. We don't have a binary distribution and the notice (README.txt) is included in apache-mailet-crypto.jar and the source package. The only thing left to do is send out a notification email [4]. I've updated the encryption matrix [5].
