I do not know if this is known or not, but the Jetty Webserver/servlet-runner (https://sourceforge.net/projects/jetty/) kan run under Phoenix (warning I have not actually tried this). This might help in developing this kind of feature.
I will add that I have had excellent experiences with Jetty in the past, really mature system.
