I'm in nearly the same boat as Vincenzo. I used a relative path to register mine though. James runs just fine - every time my XP box fires up.
>From the bin directory, I believe the command I issued was: wrapper -i ..\conf\wrapper.conf It's been a while since I've done it, so I may not have the procedure fresh in my mind.
