No mailets that I know of. You can use the IsInfected matcher mentioned in the articles I previously pointed you too, but it calls the clamscan program directly and must open this program every time a mail message is scanned. Or you use the ClamAV matcher discribed in this article

It will use the clamd daemon process and should have a lower impact on the system when the virus scan is performed.
