I'm getting the same thing from thunderbird. Does anyone have this
working with 2.3? I know it works in 2.2.

understand wether the problem in in oe configuration, in james or in

But in 2.3 branch we also add the DSN (EXTENDEDSTATUSCODE) string so
it should be "530 5.7.1 Authorization Required".
Maybe OE rewrites the errors, but I hope not: this would be really
wrong (even in M$ style).
