Hello,

> 1) Have you tried adding a domain name in your
windows control panel?

I have tried that. Windows does not allow a dot
character to appear in the computer name. Besides, the
method won't work if james handles emails for more
than one domain, because the domain name in message-id
should match the one in the From header.

the CDDL license)

Thank you very much for the code. But I am not going
to write a program using Javamail to create and send
emails. I use Mozilla Thunderbird to send emails.

> Unfortunately in james we don't give you options to
change that,

Hope the James developers can improve the way James
generates the message-id header when they have time.
Thanks.

Best regards,
Jack
