AFAIK the domain configuration is there since Win95 ;-) Here is what I do on winxp: Control Panel, System, Computer Name, there is a text field with the computer description. In the bottom you have a Change domain button. It opens a new window, there is a text field with a computer name... just below you find a button to specify the domain. I can't give you exact labels because I have a localized windows, and not english. You can google "change domain name windows <yourversion>" for step by step guides. >> 2) For reference this is the code (available under > the CDDL license) >> used by Javamail to define your message-id: > > Thank you very much for the code. Sorry, I thought you were generating mail inside James, using javamail. >> Unfortunately in james we don't give you options to > change that, > > Hope the James developers can improve the way James > generates the message-id header when they have time. > Thanks. Please let us know if adding the domain to windows solve your problem.
