Could someone can help for testing on RISC-V and PPC64?

This PR includes changes for them. It affects serviceability/sa tests 
especially TestJhsdbJstackWithVirtualThread.java. I tested both AMD64 and 
AArch64 Linux, but I cannot test RISC-V and PPC64 because I do not have them.
