test/jdk/java/lang/Class/getDeclaredField/FieldSetAccessibleTest.java line 280:

Since this no longer filters the jdk.graal.* modules then it should be possible 
to remove moduleToDeps and inverseDeps too, and simplify it down to

        return ModuleFinder.ofSystem()
                .findAll()
                .stream()
                .map(mref -> mref.descriptor().name())
                .collect(Collectors.toSet());
