This is the wrong list for this type of discussion, but to answer your
question, it sounds like you downloaded the wrong version of the .dll for
the version of Apache that you are using. You need to match the version of
the .dll with the version of Apache that you are using.

BTW, the right place to continue this discussion is on the Apache JServ
users mailing list..
