An ntp time servlet does not make sense to me. What I have for example
is an NTP-synchronized server, and a CGI that simply takes the time from
the clock and prints it (see http://www.sadeya.cesca.es/cgi-bin/hora.pl
for a sample).
You may easily put a servlet that does the same thing.
