Thanks for the links. The middle one is not working. But, the rfc1305... wow. It's
really thorough explanation (100pages) Interesting, though, was Appendix E: The NTP
Timescale and its Chronometry. Some parts of that provided a good history of
chronometry. It will take me some time to digest all of 1305. The applet link didn't
work for me either but I am looking at the source that was included. Maybe I can dig
something out of that.
