The two products that implement pure TN3270 emulation are (alphabetical
order):
1. 3270 Screen Bean from Unikix
2. Stingray from Blue Lobster
We evaluated both and they're both very cool, stable, and easy to use. It
came down to a business/partnering/licensing/support decision in the end
rather than a technical issue dealing with the classes themselves.
Bottom line: Screen scraping is sick and wrong, but if you have to do it,
these are great pure java options!!! In both cases, you can download an eval
and have something up and running in a matter of minutes.
