You must supply an RFC822 message, thus you need to put the "To". And I
do not recall if it is mandatory to put the address in the URL too. It
works if you put it. I do not recall if it works without, or not.
Never seen any documentation about this, just saw an example somewhere.
All this procedure is essentially undocumented (implementation
dependent?), and this is one of the reasons why I migrated to Javamail.

Don't know about doc or systemresource.
