There is a part of our Expresso framework (an open source project) that does
HTML generation. It's simple & quick, but might do the job for you. It's at
http://www.javacorporate.com.

There are also a number of other projects out there that deal exclusively
with the HTML generation issue, some commercial, some open source - there a
list on our Links page at the site above (in the developers section) that
might be helpful.
