Hi Stephen,

I found these both projects: Freemarker and Webmacro. Here are the
websites:

Freemarker: http://www.freemarker.org

Webmacro: http://www.webmacro.org

I prefer the Freemarker-Tool, its easy and simple and there a good
examples of usage on the website. Webmacro should be nearly the same,
but it is a wrapper around servlets.
Both projects are under the Open Source licence (...I think so, it's a
long
time when I read the licence agreement ;-)
