hi,
1.) my jpeg problem is not yet solved . i was not able to display the
images thru servlets. someone who has faced this problem help me to
solve it .
my code is placed in examples dir and images in examples/images /
i refer to them as
<body background=\"./images/backgnd.jpg \"> - no use .
servletrunner says
"servlet not found : images "

2.) i used frameset to display 3 html files at same time .
my first frame will have banner running on top
my center frame is name as "mainframe" . it is used for displaying
dynamic content
third frame will have links. when i click on a link it should invoke
corresponding servlets and display the data in "mainframe"
static files work perfectly . but when i use servlets and click on
link the data gets displayed in new screen . i had to use back button of
browser to go back .
how to fix this problem .

3.) iam using jsdk2.0, oracle thin driver classes111.zip and oracle
8.0.5 .
i created an procedure to insert data entered by user .
when submit button is clicked at browser
i get
"java.sql.SQLExcpetion : Message file 'oracle.jdbc.dbaccess.Messages' is
missing "
but this particular clas file is found in the respective dir and even
class path is perfect. its able to access
oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver to load driver and get connected to
oracle. then why i get this particualr error.
other screens r working perfect able to establish connection to DB . i
unzipped the classes111.zip file inside the servlet/examples dir.
