agreed. i'm about ready to kick start that discussion
again. i'd like to see the implemenation be servlet/jsp/xml
based and build up from there.

between now and then, i have been toying with the idea of
using the jswdk/tomcat rmi admin port for more then just
shutdown, ie "re-read the server.xml", load new context,
shut down context, etc.
