I agree.  Also there are things such as contracts and disclaimers you can post
saying: 'If you don't wait or click 'STOP' or even breathe your transaction will
be in an undeteremined state and we wash our hands from it'.  :)

This may seem like putting too many constraints on the user but realistically
that is what happens.  The web browser is a very difficult environment to have
an applications running in it.
