then what's the specifics you are looking for?

oracle back-end: oracle parallel servers?
session management: session persistence? fail-over capability?
persistence: EJBs? straight JDBC?
Security: Realm implementation (LDAP, RDBMS, NT Realm, Unix Realm, etc?)

from my experience, performance, scalability, fail-over and security are big
concerns in the design phase.
