Perhaps there is a "bit" too much trashing of questioners. But look at it
from the other side, though.
When a questioner says "How do you write a servlet?" then what do you do?
That question is a bit much even for this forum. Some of the questions
raised here are on that order. When the response comes back something like
"check out Hunter's book for a nice discussion on that topic," I say that is
a perfectly good response. If you aren't willing to buy the book, it
shouldn't be that hard to find someone who has it, or even go to your
favorite book store and sit down to read a chapter or two.
Bottom line, in my mind, this forum should not be considered the only source
of someone's information on servlets. And if you insist that it is, don't be
surprised when some of the more experienced programmers tune out because
they grow weary of not being able to find enough stimulating discussions.

Hello,
Here is my 2 cents...
What is easy to you might be hard for others. We are not born with the same
intellectual (not saying any1 is dumb, just want to get my point across that
we are different individuals who can learn and share with others) or having
same opportunities.
Also don't forget where you are coming from. Don't forget the time when you
were making 3.50$/hour comparing to 100$+/hour now. Lets all share our know
ledges, if that does not work, I would recommend 2 different forums for
Advance and Novice. I'd not be happy about it personally :)
