Hi Mac,
Different servers have different processes for deploying WAR files. Many
currently want you to extract the contents of the WAR into a special directory
that you set up. Some just want you to drop the WAR file into a special
directory. Some app servers have GUI tools for deployment (some of the high
end app servers like JRun or BEA). I believe that for Tomcat 3.2, you create a
subdirectory of the webapps directory and edit the server.xml configuration
file, and drop the WAR into the directory you created.
