Look into <tomcat_instdir>/config/server.xml
There you have sections like
<Context path="/examples"
docBase="webapps/examples"
crossContext="false"
debug="0"
reloadable="true" >
</Context>
For your own app just copy such a section and adapt it to suit your
needs.Then restart tomcat.
