Note that you shouldn't do that unless you do it through the JCP.
Otherwise you're pretending to have an authority you don't have.

The JCP is a pretty easy standardisation system. You can find out
about it at Sun's site.

I would suggest that anything you do would have to be closely
co-ordinated with current, post JSR053 efforts, what we in the expert
group are calling: "Some Fun".
