This is essentially what advanced-servlets is for. The people there
tend to discuss architectural issues because that is what needs
discussing at an advanced level.
It is a requirement of the list that people who post know what they
are talking about... people who don't know what they are talking about
get moderated.
This requirement is necessary IMHO because to talk about
architectural issues when you don't know what you're taling about it a
bit of a waste of time.
The archives to the list exist to allow non-experts to seek answers
to problems that we've already addressed.
