It's not much different than working with designers and JSPs -(which at
least for me has been most painful) in that some will rip out Java code
because it doesn't look right. We solved the problem by reducing
things to tags(many to custom) at that point its not that bad.
We used staff designers to write the XSL who also wrote our JavaScript
and understood basic control flow statements.
