Hi again, Sorry for spamming. I am facing a real challenge here. I am trying to attack this problem from many angles and I get road block on every angles.
Here is what I am trying to do. We have an IR or SR that have Manual activities and I want to inform the IR/SR Analyst that comments have been added to manual activities. I was going to do a orchestrator script that would look for the notes filed changes (which I can't figure out how to do it) and would look at the parent object to send the information to the IR/SR via email then the analyst would be notified via the notify analyst workflow. But the problem I am now facing is that sometime the parent object is not directly the IR/SR I could be in a a Parallel or sequential which could also be in a parallel/sequential so there is no way to know how many levels I want to go up and which object type I need to go up to. Anyone has any idea how to tackle this? thanks
