If _ANY_ program writes to the disk during a defrag the program _WILL_ start
over cause the disk image has changed. Stop/Kill/End all programs when
defragging your disks also stop all screen savers!!

Same here, except the S@H screen saver kept interrupting the defrag
program after I deteleted it. The only way I could get the defrag was to
keep moving the mouse every few minutes.
