I tried to stop S@H by exiting, using the Preferences
window, sg=hutting ]down the screen saver, etc.

But it kept coming back, unbidden.
How do I stop this thing without deleting it or putting it
in the recycle bin? I only want a temporary interrupption
during defrag and virus scan.
